1. Who we are and acceptance
These terms are between you and SL Options, a business registered in Sri Lanka (Business Registration No. 261006017, registered 6 October 2026), whose principal place of business is 119, Regency Park, Ranapanadeniya, Rathgama, Sri Lanka (“SL Options”). By using this website or contacting us for services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. The website
The website provides information about SL Options, our products and our services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is”. Descriptions of products, features and prices are for information, may change, and are not an offer capable of acceptance. A binding agreement is formed only by a written proposal or order accepted by both parties, or by signing up to a product under that product’s own terms.
3. Products and services
Our software products are provided under their own terms of service and privacy policies, published on each product’s website. Custom software development, consulting and similar services are provided under a written proposal or statement of work. If there is a conflict, the product’s terms prevail for that product, and the signed proposal prevails for that project.
4. Intellectual property
The website, the SL Options name and logo, our product names and all content, design and software on the site are owned by SL Options or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the website for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape or reverse engineer it without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, sending unlawful or misleading content, or using it to infringe others’ rights.
6. Enquiries and confidential information
Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential material through the website form. We treat project information you share in the course of a discussion as confidential and use it only to respond to you. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before detailed discussions.

12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith. Failing that, the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
13. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These terms, together with any signed proposal, are the entire agreement on their subject matter.
